We offer 2 options for fixing your Woodstock Chime
Repair kits are available for our more traditional Woodstock Chimes. Depending on the style of your Woodstock Chimes, you may purchase one of the following types of kits:

Note: these kits include the center string that hangs from the chime top, down through the clapper to the windcatcher or feather at the bottom of the chime. They do not include enough string to restring your entire chime.
To initiate this service, please fill out our Repair Kit Request form. After you transmit the completed form to us, we will provide you with further information, including the cost of the repair kit you have selected.
Refurbishing services are available for many Signature Chimes. Depending on the style of the chime, we will replace the wood and string parts, re-string the chime and ship it back to you for a fee. For some chimes, it is necessary to also replace the metal parts - please carefully fill out the section of the form that talks about this so there's no confusion on this point.
To initiate refurbishing service for your chime, please complete our Refurbish Request Form. Once we have reviewed your request we will provide you with additional information, including a Return Authorization Number, shipping instructions and the exact cost to refurbish your Woodstock Chimes.
