CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

This position requires a hands on detail oriented approach. Ability to multi-task and make sound decisions. Responsibilities include:

  • Outstanding leadership , communication and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teambuilding skills
  • Maintaining and updating policies and procedures
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Detailed and diverse report creation and analysis

This position requires someone who is very organized, detailed and customer oriented. Responsible for supervising all activities of the Customer Service Department including order entry. Five years experience in customer service and supervision is required.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

This position requires someone who is very organized, detailed and thorough in their daily work. Responsibilities include order entry and extensive telephone communication in our fast paced Customer Service Department. Must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills. Customer Service experience is required.
